Users of the FXC fitness platform shall be entitled to exchange their physical activity with an electronic badge of achievement and the purchase of merchandise from the website www.fxc.app. In order to achieve a badge, the workouts and heart rates for each workout are collected through the Health app. Users are categorized into three categories, (i) registered users (bronze badge award), being registered newcomers to the app with no recent exercise or physical activity background, (ii) active users (silver badge award) who are registered users that have achieved the required physical activity of six (6) active sessions per month for a stretch of 2 (two) months and (iii) frequent users or high achievers (gold badge award) who are registered users that have achieved the required physical activity of 6 (six) active sessions per month for an accumulated (consecutive and/or non-consecutive) stretch of six (6) months in the then current and/or immediately prior year, who shall then be entitled to purchase merchandise which is available for purchase through the online store (as categorized on the website). Non-registered users shall have no entitlement to purchase merchandise through the online store and are required to follow the two-step registration process through the app which consists of the acceptance of the app’s further terms and conditions and the furnishing of name and surname, gender, city of residence and date of birth. Registered users interested in achieving active or frequent status must then connect the application with the health application of their mobile phone or other fitness device to enable the transfer of fitness data. The attainment of the average heart rate (AHR) for each session of activity will award the user with one successful strike indicated by the vertical yellow level bar and the corresponding numerical value of completed workouts. Progress to completion of the required sessions of activity for the award of a badge will be tracked by the red horizontal level bar and the number of workouts remaining under the corresponding electronic badge. The AHR populated by the app is based on widely accepted values for achieving mild to moderate aerobic fitness at around 60% of the maximum heart rate and is based on the age of the user irrespective of gender. Users who do not keep up with the required activity will ultimately lose the electronic badge but shall be able to regain it by increasing the average activity sessions successfully completed over the prescribed period.
